Relationship Counselling
Relationship Counselling is not just used when people face major crises in their relationships like divorce or separation; affairs or major conflict. It is also useful for minor worries or for situations that may seem trivial. It is for people who are motivated to work together to improve their relationship, but need something to get the ball rolling, and for those who are having difficulty communicating, or are simply not taking the time to communicate.
Key areas to look at are:
· Communication and conflict
· Step families
· Affairs
· Coping with major life changes
· Health or money worries
· Sexual relationships
· Balancing work and home
Sometimes worrying and feeling stuck does not help to resolve the problems but sharing them with a neutral person, who isn't judgemental, keeps the discussions civilised and calm.
The duration of sessions varies dependent on client preference, but I usually suggest 90 minutes to achieve maximum results.

"Lisa has a depth of understanding and intuition about people and life that allowed her to help us get to the root of the issues in our relationship more than I believe anyone else could, without her I don't think we would have turned the corner."
